Usage of the Plex Server

Usage of the Plex server is to be used for educational, and personal use only. Downloading, redistributing, or camcording is strictly prohibited. Simple distribution such as screenshotting certain scenes such as for the purpose of sharing with friends is allowed (just as long as you don't get carried away).

Other guidelines for Plex Server
Sharing accounts is definitely not allowed. Anyone caught doing so will be banned indefinitely from using our servers. Common-sense rules also apply. 

In regard to DMCA and other Copyright laws
I understand that media owners may want their content not on my media server, and I fully respect that. However, usage of the media server is closely monitored and is strictly limited to invite-only to respect other people's work.
If you own the rights to the respected media, and really don't want the media on my servers, you can contact me to consider the removal request. We (on behalf of the community) really do not use it for commerical or business usage though, and it's all and only for personal and entertainment purposes only.

Actions taken against breaking our 'Legal Stuff'
Breaking these rules as part of the agreement will ultimately result in being stripped of access to our Media servers. Most of the time, this is permanent (yea, there's no going back, there's no time machine right now so tough luck) but in some cases (kinda rare, lucky guy) may be temporary. But seriously, the rules are simple and they respect other people's work---just please, don't break our rules: that's all we ask.
